Thibaut Spiwack, Michelin-starred chef and former contestant on season 13 of Top Chef, recently met with Cedrik and Alexandre to discover Maison Mounicq products.

Thibaut Spiwack, chef of Anona restaurant, offers bold and responsible gourmet cuisine. This approach encourages him to meticulously select the ingredients for his dishes (seasonal, local produce, respect for animal welfare, etc.) but also to pay attention to the working conditions of his teams and the environmental impact of his restaurant.

With ANONA, his ambition is to offer his customers a moment of discovery and emotion because it is above all "the pleasure of giving pleasure" that motivates this passionate young chef.

His bold and committed dishes earned him recognition in the capital, as well as a green star in the Michelin Guide. Thibaut became one of the first 50 chefs to earn this star.

To complete his cocktail menu, Thibaut Spiwack was won over by Avem Gins and decided to adopt Hippolais, Corvus and Ajaja, and to offer them both in cocktails and digestifs.
