Cocktails with Maison Mounicq: Easy recipes for gourmet evenings!

HOMEMADE COCKTAIL RECIPES

Cocktails are a true invitation to enjoyment and conviviality. Whether you're surprising your guests at a party with friends or treating yourself to a relaxing moment alone, preparing homemade cocktails is both fun and rewarding!

To celebrate World Cocktail Day, which was on May 13th, we present 3 delicious, easy-to-make cocktail recipes that will add a touch of elegance to your gourmet evenings!

GRAPEFRUIT & NADÉ VODKA COCKTAIL

Ingredients :

- 5cl of Nadé Vodka
- 5cl of grapefruit juice
- 2cl of lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- A few rosemary leaves + 1/2 lemon
- Sugar syrup, agave syrup or honey.

You will need a shaker, ice cubes and a stemmed glass.

Recipe :

1. Place the rosemary leaves, some lemon peels, and pieces of lemon in a bowl with the sugar syrup and muddle everything. Pour the mixture into a shaker.
2. In the shaker, add the Nadé Vodka, grapefruit juice, lemon juice and egg white.
3. Add ice cubes to the mixture and shake!
4. Rub the glass with the remaining half lemon to add some pep when tasting.
5. Pour the cocktail and enjoy!

GIN SOUR WITH AJAJA

Ingredients :

- 5cl of Avem Ajaja Gin
- 2.5cl of lemon juice
- Sugar syrup or agave syrup
- 1 egg white

You will need a shaker, ice cubes and a simple glass.

Recipe :

1. Pour the Ajaja Gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and egg white directly into the shaker.
2. Add ice cubes and shake.
3. Serve with ice cubes and enjoy!

THE SIDE CAR REVISITED AT THE END OF Ô CHARTRONS

Ingredients :

- 5cl of Fine Ô Chartrons
- 2.5cl of Triple Sec or Cointreau
- 2.5cl of lemon juice
- Powdered sugar

You will need a shaker, ice cubes and a stemmed glass.

Recipe :

1. Pour into the shaker: ice cubes, Fine Ô Chartrons, Triple Sec and lemon juice.
2. Shake vigorously.
3. The decorative touch: Rub the edges of the glass with lemon then dip it in sugar.
4. Pour the cocktail and it's ready!
