The artisanal chocolate factory, Chocol'art in Cadaujac, recently created chocolates from our latest spirit, ASSEMBLAGE whisky. Inspired by the famous Irish Coffee , they offer us a new creation: the "Irish Chocolates".

With an Assemblage whiskey ganache and a milk chocolate envelope, it is a sweet and complex delicacy at the same time, ideal for the end of year celebrations.
