As January gets colder, there's nothing like a good meal accompanied by a well-chosen spirit to warm you up. At Maison Mounicq, we share our best food and spirit pairings to delight you.


Starters to start off in style

Pumpkin and chestnut velouté is a winter classic. Rich and creamy, it pairs perfectly with our 2024 Special Edition Blended Whisky with its fruity flavors and notes of roasted nuts.

A citrus salmon tartare will be enhanced by our Gin Avem Botaurus . A botanical gin made from grapes with fine notes of candied lemons and its herbal touch that will recall the the liveliness of the dish, while bringing a touch of freshness.
