For the end of the year, at Maison Mounicq, we are proud to present exceptional creations that will take you on a journey to Reunion Island.
An exclusive vintage in collaboration with Épicure Cigare Club
This limited edition of only 150 bottles is the result of a juice from the prestigious distillery Savanna from Reunion Island. Matured first for 6 months in a Merlot barrel from Château La Fleur des Amandiers, then 8 months in a Sauvignon Blanc barrel from Château Vieux Fournay, and reduced to 49%, this vintage is a true explosion of flavors. Ideal for rum lovers... and cigar lovers like the members of the Epicure Cigar Club.

Mobula , the new gem to discover!
Don't panic, we've also created a new limited edition available for purchase. Mobula , with its 333 numbered bottles, will take you on a journey with its finesse and freshness. After aging for 9 months in an old Sauvignon Blanc barrel from Château Vieux Fournay, this rum has been reduced to 47.6%, revealing a beautiful golden color and a very subtle taste profile.
Why this name, Mobula? At Rhum Grima, we like to pay homage to our heritage and our terroir . Grima takes its name from a small port on the Garonne, in Cadaujac, once a river stop for Graves wines en route to Bordeaux. Inspired by this marine world, we chose Mobula , which refers to the manta ray , the emblematic fish of Reunion Island , where the rum in this vintage comes from.
