At Maison Mounicq, the end of 2024 is marked by numerous new creations.

Grima Rum - Mobula

Recently launched, Mobula has already won over rum lovers. Several critics, such as Jack the Drop and Le Blog à Roger , have praised its aromas and production.

As a reminder, Mobula is a rum from the Savanna distillery in Reunion Island. It was aged for 7 months in old Bourbon barrels and then refined by us for 9 months in an old Sauvignon Blanc barrel from Château Vieux Fournay in Lussac St-Emilion.

Grima Rum - Rhodeus & Blicca

Come with us to Mauritius and let yourself be carried away by Rhodeus , a pure sugar cane juice rum, and Blicca , a molasses rum, both from the Grays distillery.

An alliance between Mauritian and Bordeaux terroirs which is affirmed by the refining of these rums in old wine barrels from the Bordeaux region.

Rhodeus was aged for two months in ex-barrels of Sauvignon Gris from Château de Bonhoste (Bordeaux). As for Blicca, it is a blend of ex-barrels from Sauvignon Blanc from Château Ambre de Maltus (Bordeaux) and ex-barrel Merlot from Château Maltus (Lalande de Pomerol) for a total aging time of three months.

And good news, to prolong the tasting, they are available in 70 cl format.

Whisky Blend - Special Edition 2024

You participated in the creation of its label, it is now ready to be tasted. For this edition of the 2024 Special Edition , the Nadé brothers selected and then blended a barrel of Alsatian Whisky matured by Aymeric in an old Chenin barrel and a barrel of Charentais Whisky with exotic and fruity notes.

Blended Whiskey - Collection n°1.04

Collection No. 1.04 comprises 808 bottles, a new production, new barrels, and new grape varieties. We sought the same aromatic profile through a new blend: Merlot from Château Guadet, Sémillon from Château Doisy-Daëne, and Sauvignon from Clos Floridène.

At Maison Mounicq, each bottle tells a story and embodies the union between the world of wine and spirits.
