Vodka Nadé partner of the Master Cook'it contest: "Vodka in my dish"

We had the pleasure of being partners of the Master Cook'it 2021 contest!

The instruction for this fabulous event was "vodka in my dish" 🍸🍇

In order to obtain the title of grand winner, three finalist pairs challenged each other on Saturday 20 March.

Here is what these talented pairs have reserved for us on the menu:

Giovanni x Luzie from Sciences Po Bordeaux :

a bed of potatoes and seaweed nicely covered with a langoustine, salmon, avocado and cucumber tartare accompanied by a quenelle of cream, topped with a veil of seaweed and vodka, all decorated with a sauce with the langoustine carcass flavored with vodka.

Pablo x Vincent from Arts et Métiers Bordeaux: Student Association :


salmon marinated and cooked with citrus fruits, decorated with an egg white emulsion, and served with asparagus and a blue vodka jelly.

Emilie x Bastien from the ESCT - School of Works Management - Official :


a carpaccio of scallops, topped with prawns cooked in vodka, coral butter and accompanied by whipped cream made from vodka, yuzu and shallots.

The two pairs who have been named finalists are Emilie & Bastien, and Giovanni x Luzie 🎉👏 Congratulations to them for these delicious creations and see you very soon for the award ceremony! 🏆
