Maison Mounicq’s 6th anniversary!

What an incredible adventure! And to celebrate this event, we gave ourselves a nice little gift (with the help of our parents, whom we thank): a rotovap (a very small vacuum distillation still)! 🍇
We are very moved by this new arrival in the family, it is quite symbolic!
We will finally be able to have our own little workshop and be more independent in terms of testing, limited series, research and development, collaboration, etc. 🤝🏻

But that doesn't change the DNA of Maison Mounicq in any way. Our growth since our beginnings has come from meeting passionate and exciting producers, then collaborating and creating with them. By combining their technical expertise, their terroirs, their production tools with our vision of the product and our sensibilities! All while highlighting the richness of our magnificent region and the producers in question, of course!

In short, a new string to our bow to push our creativity further!

Yesterday, Axel and I tested and started producing our beautiful Rosa mint liqueur! We still have hours of learning, preparation, and distillation left! This is just the beginning! 🌿

We look forward to exploring new distillation and extraction techniques to bring you spirits with unique and refined flavors!
