Our blending whiskey tasting tips
Our latest creation turns out to be refined, round, with exotic flavors of flambéed bananas, cocoa, vanilla and bitter citrus fruits. ASSEMBLAGE whisky, like a cigar, is a complex spirit. We are therefore going to present you some agreements for this new French single malt.
THE WHISKEY BLEND IS SUFFICIENT ON ITSELF
Despite its high alcohol content, 50.2%, ASSEMBLAGE is, paradoxically, very delicate and sweet. At room temperature or served with ice cubes, this spirit will sublimate your end of meal. We recommend an old fashioned glass or rocks glass.
CHOCOLATE, THE FLAWLESS COMBINATION
If you want to accompany your whiskey with a dish, we recommend dark chocolate. If this combination is too rich in cocoa, you can also combine our whiskey and milk chocolate like Chocol'art, with its "Irish Chocolates" in Cadaujac.
YES, WHISKEY IS ALSO DRINKED IN A COCKTAIL
