Our creations are available at the Auberge du Vieux Puits, 3 Michelin stars, by Gilles Goujon

Meilleur Ouvrier de France and 3-star Chef in the Michelin guide, Gilles Goujon , has selected our spirits for his restaurant Auberge du Vieux Puits in Fontjoncouse, a small village in the Aude which is now on the map of French haute cuisine.

And for good reason, last year, his restaurant was voted "best gourmet restaurant in the world" by the Tripadvisor application following the many glowing reviews from customers.

The Auberge du Vieux Puits has therefore just been added to the list of prestigious starred establishments which have selected our spirits, such as the Quatrième Mur by Phillipe Etchebest, La Grand'Vigne (Les Sources de Caudalie), Le Pressoir d'Argent by Gordon Ramsay at the InterContinental Bordeaux Grand Hotel, Ha(a)ïtza in Pyla-sur-Mer, Les Prés d'Eugénie by Michel Guérard , the 4-star hotel Stelsia or even L'Observatoire , the Gabriel's gastronomic restaurant.

We look forward to finding the spirits of our Maison Mounicq à la carte.
