A MEMORABLE EVENING PUNCTUATED WITH MASTERCLASSES, TASTINGS & COCKTAILS


To celebrate the launch of Botaurus, we threw a wonderful evening this Monday, June 19th , in the heart of Bordeaux, at the famous Ayawasca Cocktail Club . Bringing together spirits lovers, connoisseurs and mixologists from the region, this long-awaited evening was a memorable event.

The event began with a Masterclass of Bordeaux spirits from Maison Mounicq, including a tasting of local eaux-de-vie. The evening was then open to the public from 7 p.m. for a cocktail reception with a DJ set by the artist Fash.



DELICIOUS COCKTAILS

The Botaurus experience was enhanced by the mixology talents of Romain Iacovella, bartender at Les Sources de Caudalie , and the Ayawasca team.

Their cocktails, specially created for this evening, amazed our guests and perfectly showcased the subtleties of our creation. Each sip was an explosion of flavors, and some recipes were victims of their own success!




A SURPRISING GIN WITH FLAVORS OF PARSLEY, NASTURTIUS & ROSE BUD

Named after the water bird, Bittern, in Latin Botaurus, this gin is inspired by nature and the richness of its ingredients.

The composition of the new Gin Avem creation reveals notes of candied lemon and herbal and floral touches. Each sip of this eau-de-vie offers a refined sensory experience, where the refreshing notes of parsley blend harmoniously with the floral delicacy of nasturtium and rosebuds. The result is a distinctive gin, both light and captivating.
