History
Cedrik and Axel Nadé have, once again, combined their expertise with that of Michel Jacquin, winemaker and distiller at Château Lartigue-Cèdres in Entre-deux-Mers (Bordeaux), to revive an emblematic regional spirit: La Blanche de Fine Bordeaux .
Little known to the general public, this ancient wine brandy is made from Ugni Blanc and Sémillon grape varieties, grown exclusively under the Bordeaux appellation. Bottled without being aged in wood, it retains a translucent color. Historically, it was called "silver casting" and was offered to distillers or kept by winemakers for culinary use.
Today, this first vintage, named Origine N°1, celebrates the ancestral know-how of the producers and the fruit of their work. The Blanche de Fine Bordeaux Origine N°1 reflects the elegance and complexity of the grape in its greatest purity.
The Ô Chartrons universe tells of our ongoing commitment to reviving the tradition of Gironde eaux-de-vie, by celebrating the authenticity and excellence of the winegrowers' talent.

Tasting advice
Blanche de Fine Bordeaux can be enjoyed on its own, slightly chilled, but also chilled or over ice, to fully express the freshness of its aromas. It can also be enjoyed as a long drink, accompanied by a slightly bitter tonic.
Its plant-based side will go perfectly with fruity desserts such as tarts or fruit salad, but also to accompany a scoop of lemon, apple or pear ice cream.
