History
ASSEMBLAGE whiskies are the result of a collaboration between oenologist Aymeric, father of French whiskies A. Roborel de Climens, and the Nadé brothers, founders of Maison Mounicq, specializing in the production of spirits made from grapes such as Nadé Vodka, Avem Gins, and Fine Ô Chartrons. The Bordeaux brothers have combined their expertise to create a selection of whiskies imbued with their shared passion: the vine.
For this edition, the two brothers, inspired by their winegrowing roots, selected and then blended a barrel of Alsatian Whisky refined by Aymeric in an old wine barrel and a barrel of Charentais Whisky with notesexotic and fruity.
