Collection No.1.04 – French Single Malt Whisky

Despite its 50.2% ABV, this whisky surprises with its smoothness and elegance. A blend matured in three different Bordeaux casks, offering remarkable depth and complexity:

• Merlot – Saint-Émilion (12 months): red berries, prune, forest floor, spices
• Sémillon – Sauternes (18 months): candied fruits, acacia, honey
• Sauvignon – Graves (16 months): freshness, citrus, subtle bitterness

On the nose, aromas of candied fruit, vanilla, and cocoa unfold. On the palate, notes of flambéed banana and ripe fruit lead to a finish marked by delicate bitter citrus. A rich and layered profile.

Collection No.4 – French Peated Whisky

Born from the blending of two Alsatian casks, this edition balances power and roundness:

• A peated whisky at 40 ppm, aged in ex-bourbon casks
• A whisky refined for 42 months in a former Merlot cask from Clos Manou, bringing texture and indulgence

On the nose, vanilla roundness meets woody and gently smoky notes.

The palate unfolds in two stages: first, a generous candied sweetness; then grilled and smoky flavors that bring intensity and structure. The finish is long, vinous, and toasted : a complex, indulgent whisky perfectly balanced between strength and elegance.
